Cases and laminated panels, built to spec
Upstate Manufacturing is the production arm of Upstate Millwork, set up to run cabinet cases and laminated panel stock at the volume and tolerance that architectural millwork work calls for. We supply our own shop first, and we're opening capacity to outside work as we bring new equipment online.
How a job moves through the shop
Four stages, from raw sheet stock to a finished case or panel ready for the job site.
Sheet stock intake
Substrate and laminate stock is received, inspected, and staged by spec before it enters production.
Core lamination & pressing
Face, core, and backer layers are pressed into laminated panel stock at the thickness and tolerance called for.
Case fabrication & assembly
Panels are cut, bored, edge banded, and assembled into cabinet cases ready for finishing or direct install.
Finish, pack & dispatch
Finished panels and cases are packed, and staged for pickup or delivery to the job site.
